How to enroll a student:

• K – 4th grades:    Elementary Enrollment Packet

• 5th– 8th grades:  Middle School Enrollment Form 
  For additional information, please contact the Middle School Office 870-302-3061,

• 9th– 12th grades: High School Enrollment Form 
  For additional information, please contact the High School Office 870-302-3051.

If you do not live in the Valley Springs School District and are not currently enrolled in the Valley Springs School District, there are 2 options to transfer into the district:
1. School Choice - this option is available beginning January 1st for the following school year. Applications must be completed and returned/post marked by May 1st.
2. Transfer Form - this option is for the current year or for the following school year (after the School Choice Application deadline)
